Escalate Your Complaint
If you wish to escalate your compliant, please contact: [email protected] with the subject “Escalated Complaint” – with the correct subject, it will be sent directly to our director who can review the matter for you. Please include the following details:
- Full Name, Company Name (if applicable) and contact information
- Domain name(s) involved
- Email address associated with your account
- Summary of the issue, with references to staff you have spoke to previously

Response From Us
Once we have received your complaint, you will receive a response from us within 3 working days (Monday to Friday)
We’ll update you on the progress and give you responses as promptly as possible, subject to the complaint and issues.
All complaints are treated with professionalism and confidence, and will give a clear indication of how we expect to resolve the matter.
